Please have your name, pickup location address, name of destination, address of destination, requested time and date of pickup and drop off, any accomadations that need to be made such as a shuttle with a wheelchair lift, etc. 

Call 719-276-5200 during office hours, 9:00-3:30pm Monday thru Friday. The more time you give us to schedule your ride, the better chance you have of getting your requested time. We cannot guarantee rides within 24 hours of requested time. 

We offer shuttle service for Colorado Springs and Pueblo on an as-needed basis. Please call as soon as you schedule your appt to schedule a ride. If you are on Medicaid, they may pay for your trip. Please inform dispatch if you are on medicaid. 

Please have your Medicaid number, Name and Birthdate. 

At this time, we do not schedule rides via email, text or any other means than calling our dispatch. We are working to set up email scheduling but it is not available yet. 

We are open to the public and anyone can schedule a ride. Children under 18 must ride with an adult. 

Please call as soon as possible when you know you need to cancel. You can call after hours and leave a message. Please note that repeated cancellations and no shows will result in further refusal of service. 

Absolutely! When you call to schedule, please inform the dispatcher that you use a wheelchair and we will make the appropriate accomodations. We have 4 shuttles that are wheelchair accessible. 

Our drivers are volunteers so please be respectful of them and other passengers. 

Please remember to remain seated while the shuttle is in motion.

Please be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled pick up time. 

Our drivers cannot help with loading or unloading groceries, etc. Please make arrangements to have assistance with that if needed.
